Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after you place your order.
We take care to package each item properly, especially delicate crystals and ornaments. This means your order might not ship the same day, but it will arrive protected.
Busy Periods: During high-demand times like Lunar New Year or major sales events, processing can take up to 7 business days. We’ll send you an email if there’s any delay with your specific order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Your shipping cost and delivery estimate will show at checkout based on your location.
Free Shipping
Orders over $25 USD qualify for free standard shipping to most countries.
Standard Shipping
- United States: 7-15 business days
- United Kingdom / Australia / Europe: 7-18 business days
- Rest of World: 10-25 business days
Express Shipping
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for select regions. Typical delivery is 3-7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery can be affected by customs processing, holidays, or local postal service delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly with the carrier.
Tracking tip: It can take 48-72 hours after shipment for tracking information to start updating. Don’t worry if it doesn’t show movement right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives.
These fees are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping costs. You’re responsible for paying any fees your country requires.
If you’re unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Damaged Items
We package everything carefully, but sometimes things happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (box, bubble wrap, etc.)
We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away. No hassle, no questions asked.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:
- Check around your property — Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots (side doors, back porches, mailrooms, with building management).
- Ask neighbors — Packages are occasionally delivered to adjacent addresses by mistake.
- Contact your local post office — They can check if the package is being held or if there was a delivery issue.
If you still can’t locate your package after 3 days, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- Confirmation that you’ve checked the steps above
We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement or refund once the claim is processed (typically 7-10 business days).
Wrong Address Delivery
If your package was delivered to the wrong address due to a carrier error, we’ll help you sort it out.
What to do:
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number — they can often retrieve misdelivered packages
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details
We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Customer Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address that you provided.
If you realize you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we can update the address. After it ships, we can’t make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery, unclaimed, etc.), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
You’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping, and we may ask you to verify the correct address before sending it out again.
