We are an online-only boutique with a global presence. While our design team is based internationally, our main fulfillment centers and artisan partners are located in Asia to ensure we can offer the best prices and worldwide shipping.

Are the items cleansed?
Yes! We understand that energy is everything. All our crystals and Feng Shui items are energetically cleansed (using singing bowls or sage) before they are packaged, so they arrive with a clean vibration, ready for your intentions.
Are the items genuine?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing authentic natural stones. Please note that because they are natural, each piece may have unique variations in color, pattern, and texture—this is a sign of their authenticity, not a defect.
Where are the products made?
We work directly with skilled artisans and trusted suppliers in Asia (primarily China and India), where Feng Shui traditions and crystal craftsmanship originate.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
No, you do not. We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway, but you can select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (Guest Checkout) at the bottom of the PayPal login screen to pay directly with your card.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full online before they can be processed and shipped.
Which currency are you using?
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a different currency, your bank will automatically convert it at the current exchange rate.

How long is the shipping time?
Shipping times vary by location but typically take:
United States: 7 – 15 business days.
International: 10 – 20 business days.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Issues
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are so sorry! Crystals are fragile. Please take a photo of the damaged item immediately and email us at [email protected]. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away. You do not need to return the broken pieces.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us to start the return process.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after it arrives.
