Currency
All prices on our website are listed in USD (US Dollars).
If you’re paying with a card or account in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion. They may charge a small currency conversion fee — check with your bank for details.
When You’re Charged
Your payment is processed immediately when you complete your order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. If payment fails for any reason, you’ll be notified during checkout and can try again with a different payment method.
Failed Payments
If your payment doesn’t go through, here are common reasons:
- Insufficient funds — Check your account balance
- Incorrect card details — Double-check the card number, expiration date, and CVV
- Billing address mismatch — Make sure the address matches what’s on file with your bank
- Card restrictions — Some banks block international transactions by default
- Daily spending limit — You may have reached your card’s daily limit

Refunds
If you return an item or we issue a refund for any reason, it will go back to your original payment method.
Refund timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We process refunds on our end within 1-2 business days of approving your return.
Order Changes
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
If we haven’t processed your order yet, we can update it or cancel and refund your payment. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.
Pricing Errors
We do our best to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we’ll contact you before processing your order. You can choose to:
- Pay the correct price and proceed with the order
- Cancel and receive a full refund
We won’t charge you more without your approval.
