1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Because our items are energetically cleansed, worn jewelry cannot be restocked.

Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or free promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

Send an email to [email protected] with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the proper return shipping address.

Securely pack the item and ship it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs or send a free replacement immediately.
4. Refunds (Restoring the Balance)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times).

5. Exchanges
